Paw-sitively Pawsome: A Puppy’s True Tail of Adventure
Years ago, I had a German Shepherd named Baron, and he was quite the character. When friends called, the first words out of their mouths weren’t “How are you?” or “What’s new?” They asked, “How’s Baron?” I learned to accept second billing in my own life.
At the time, I was going back and forth to my apartment in Paris, where — as anyone who has ever gone to a restaurant there knows — dogs are welcome everywhere, often treated better than the tourists. I used to fantasize about bringing Baron along, picturing him trotting down the boulevards as though he owned them. Knowing Baron, he would have.
That fantasy eventually became a children’s book about our travels together — told, naturally, in Baron’s own voice. The book hasn’t been published yet, so in the coming weeks I’ll be sharing chapters with you right here.
Whether or not you have children, there’s a child inside all of us. I hope you’ll read along and enjoy PAW-SITIVELY PAWESOME: A Puppy’s True Tail of Adventure.
Stay tuned.
